Rigid PP PE Plastic Flakes Recycling Granulator is used to recycling waste crushed plastic PP PE film scrap,plastic woven bags etc.

Without compactor cutter to heat and compact the film,it just need the screw loader or the belt converyor to transit them into the extruder. It is more easy to feeding material to extruder. Degassing vacuum vent could remove humidity and useless element efficiently. Strand noodle cutting way,Die face water ring cutting pelletizing system to cut the granules in uniform. The final pellets could make film blowing, pipe making and other injection using.

One pelletizing machine can recycle more than 10 kinds of waste plastic materials.

Rigid PP PE Plastic Flakes Recycling Granulator could be single-stage strand pelletizing,single-stage water-ring pelletizing,double-stage strand pelletizing ,double-stage water-ring pelletizing.if could apply to PP,PE lumps with different cleanness.The screw of the extruder has exhaust system,venting the moisture,the die head equipped hydraulic screen exchanger to filter the impurity easily.So the plastic granulator machine can be customized as per the raw materials.

Material comes from offcut, industry defective materials, washed materials and printed materials.

Process flow of Rigid PP PE Plastic Flakes Recycling Granulator:

1. Waste plastic granulator machine: crushing and compress waste fabrics, and feed compressed fabrics into extruder forced, to make the production capacity high and stable.

2. Extruding system: plasticizing material and exhausting gas.

3. High speed Net exchanging system and Die-head: filter material impurity, to make waste plastic granulator machine more stable.

4. Water tank: cooling pellets.

5. Dewater machine: make pellets dry.

6. Vibration sieve: remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.

7. Air Blower: convey good pellets into silo.

8: Storage silo: keep pellet.
