PP woven bag Recycling Pelletizing Machine is used to recycling waste plastic PP PE film scrap,plastic woven bags etc,

which convert waste plastic material into reusable plastic pellets, helping you reduce environmental pollution and create economic benefits.

It could be single-stage strand pelletizing,single-stage water-ring pelletizing,double-stage strand pelletizing ,double-stage water-ring pelletizing,which apply to the raw material cleanness.

With compactor cutter to heat and compact the film,it is more easy to feeding material to extruder. Degassing vacuum vent could remove humidity and useless element efficiently. Die face water ring cutting pelletizing system to cut the granules in uniform. The final pellets could make film blowing, pipe making and other injection using.So the plastic granulator machine can be customized as per the raw materials.

Working Process：

Process flow of PP woven bag Recycling Granulator Machine:

1. Waste plastic granulator machine: crushing and compress waste fabrics, and feed compressed fabrics into extruder forced, to make the production capacity high and stable.

2. Extruding system: plasticizing material and exhausting gas.

3. High speed Net exchanging system and Die-head: filter material impurity, to make waste plastic granulator machine more stable.

4. Water tank: cooling pellets.

5. Dewater machine: make pellets dry.

6. Vibration sieve: remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.

7. Air Blower: convey good pellets into silo.

8: Storage silo: keep pellet.
