HDPE LDPE Plastic films Recycling pelletizing machine could be single-stage strand pelletizing,single-stage water-ring pelletizing,double-stage strand pelletizing ,double-stage water-ring pelletizing.if could apply to PP,PE lumps with different cleanness.The screw of the extruder has exhaust system,venting the moisture,the die head equipped hydraulic screen exchanger to filter the impurity easily.So the plastic granulator machine can be customized as per the raw materials.

Material comes from offcut, industry defective materials, washed materials and printed materials.
Note: depending on different material properties, various downstream equipments are needed.

1	belt conveyor	feed the clean films or bags into the cutting compactor
2	Metal detector	check whether there is metal in the films or bags, protect the blades of cutting compact and screws
3	Cutting compactor	cut the materials again and make materials shrink, then force feed the shrunk material into the extruder. for the same capacity, the power consumption is only 50% of the agglomerator.
5	hydraulic screen changer	filter the impurities, improve the granules quality
6	Pelletizer	includes mould and pelleting blades, we can provide both vertical type and horizontal type
7	Water cooling tank:	use circular water for cooling the granules immediately after pelleting cut
8	Vertical dewatering machine	convey the granules helically from bottom to top, the rotary rotor and the stainless screen help to drain the water, and convey the granules out from the machine
9	Blower system	use the blower to blow the granules to the storage silo through the SSU304 pipe
10	Storage silo	for storing the final films
11	Control system	use famous electrical parts such as Schneider,Delix,ABB,Omron,Siemens
